SQLAlchemy ORM for the patient_enrichment cache table (v1).

Each version package declares its own local Base (its own MetaData) so that multiple versions of the same table can coexist in one process without a __tablename__ collision.

Local declarative base for patient_enrichment v1.

A simple constructor that allows initialization from kwargs.

Sets attributes on the constructed instance using the names and values in kwargs.

Only keys that are present as attributes of the instance's class are allowed. These could be, for example, any mapped columns or relationships.

PatientEnrichment​

class PatientEnrichment(**kwargs):

One supplied measurement, as a single observation-shaped fact.

Long format on purpose: a new key in the supplied payload becomes new rows, never a schema migration. measured_at is part of the key, so a patient's measurement history accumulates rather than overwriting — which keeps a recency criterion possible later without a migration either.
