preprocessing

Shape-based preprocessing for the fluid_calculation v1 step.

This step consumes a single RAW cached frame: pathology model output (the same frames the GA calc step consumes). preprocess interrogates each frame's shape and applies the matching pipeline; pathology-shaped frames run PATHOLOGY_TO_SEGMENTATION (which preserves mask.instances — see §B4 of the task brief). Unknown shapes pass through unchanged.
