Shape-based preprocessing for the pdf_report v1 step.

The PDF report overlays segmentation masks from the same pathology model output the GA calc steps consume, so it selects the raw->segmentation pipeline by interrogating the frame's shape (rather than matching on the producing model's ref/version). Unknown shapes pass through unchanged.
