ehr_patient_id_extract_algorithm
EHR Patient ID extraction algorithm.
This module implements an algorithm for paginated extraction of patient IDs from EHR systems (NextGen or FHIR R4 compatible). The worker side yields one page of patient IDs at a time; the modeller side does nothing.

Initialize the algorithm.
Arguments
datastructure: The data structure definition.page_size: Number of patient IDs to fetch per page. Defaults to 25.**kwargs: Additional keyword arguments.
